Privacy policy
1. General information
This policy explains how Procveth processes the personal data of people who visit procveth.com (in Polish and English) and of people who use its registration and contact forms. We process data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Polish law.
2. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is the operator of the Procveth service. For any data-protection matter, including exercising your rights, contact us at [email protected].
3. What data we collect
- data you enter in a form: first name, last name, email address and phone number;
- technical data: IP address, approximate location (country) derived from the IP address, browser and device type;
- parameters of the campaign that brought you to the site (for example click identifiers and UTM parameters);
- information stored in cookies and browser storage, described in section 10.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- handling your registration and answering enquiries – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract);
- identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation);
- site security, statistics and pursuing claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest);
- measuring campaign performance and marketing communication – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. Recipients of data
We pass form data to partner entities that operate investment accounts and contact you about your registration, and to the provider of the CRM system that handles requests. We also use technical service providers: hosting, a CDN (jsDelivr), fonts (Google Fonts), market data (CoinGecko) and IP geolocation (ipinfo.io). If you arrive from an advertising campaign, we may send the registration event to the advertiser's measurement tool (for example Meta Pixel).
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers are based, or run infrastructure, outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In those cases data is transferred on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
7. Retention
We keep form data for as long as needed to handle your request and then for the limitation period for any claims. Identity-verification records are kept for the period required by anti-money-laundering law. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
8. Data security
We use encrypted connections (TLS), least-privilege access control, access logging and regular security testing. Even so, no method of transmitting data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
10. Cookies and browser storage
- pv_ticker_pln – a cookie that stores the prices shown in the ticker for 24 hours to limit requests to the data provider;
- profile-data (local storage) – a temporary copy of your form data, removed once it has been sent successfully;
- fb_pixel (local storage) – an advertising campaign identifier, stored only if you arrive via a link containing that parameter.
You can delete or block cookies and local storage data in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some features of the site work.
11. Minors
The site is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we receive such data we delete it promptly.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the site's features. The current version, with the date of the last change, is always available on this page. Please send privacy questions to [email protected].
